Cancellation Policy
LATE FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY!
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals and will result in a $15 late fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the services booked, regardless of the reason, including illness or unexpected circumstances.
